IT Support
Support client workstations and resolves system and program issues for all applications utilized by the staff, including the upgrade of software and systems to support new applications. Resolves researchers request involving software configuration, malfunctioning PCs, and/or associated defective hardware. Work with Senior System Engineer to identify solutions for current configuration problems and develop parameters to maximize network efficiency. Analyze departmental operations and prepare and implement recommendations for improving operational efficiencies within the department. Provide program services using the following applications; Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Endnote, and Dreamweaver.
