There are several kinds of Microscopy systems in this lab for image acquisition and analysis.
ASI (Applied Spectral Imaging):
Sky Image for image acquisition
Sky View for Spectral Karyotyping.
Leica CD 4000:
FISH for image acquisition and analysis
CGH-analysis (Comparative Genome Hybridization)
Confocal Microscope:
Software from Zeiss Confocal LSM 510 and Leica Confocal TCS2
Others:
IPLab and OpenLab
All computers are connected via local networks and Internet. A central Windows 2000 server stores data from the microscope workstations. Web server and SQL server provide Research content management system. All workstations (Mac and PC) have full access to servers for analysis of data through Citrix ternimal server with ASA statestic analysis programs and Matlab programs for doing MicroArray projects.
