We have identified a series of candidate colorectal cancer genes through our previous microarray analysis of both primary tumors and existing colorectal cancer cell lines. You will focus on the validation of these target genes in a subset of colorectal cancer cell lines through the use of siRNAknock-down and gene overexpression technologies.
